We’ve poked out head into the Warlord Games studio and sought guidance on the colour schemes they’ve used for the fantastic new Epic Battles: American Civil War miniatures. Thus armed, we’ve conveniently put together for purchase all the paints you’ll need to get your new army up and table-ready in no time. For Confederate Regiments you can use the following guide (where multiple options are given – this helps to lend your army a little variety):
- Jackets: Neutral Grey or US Field Drab (Butternut)
- Trousers: Andrea Blue or US Field Drab (Butternut) or Neutral Grey
- Rifle: Flat Brown & Gun Metal
- Flesh: Army Painter Barbarian Flesh
- Cannon carriage: Reflective Green
- Cannon barrel: Brass
- Red for gunners' uniform: Dark Vermillion
